Buscamos uma pessoa para estagiar em Operação e Eventos na Fundação Osesp, apoiando a logística e a realização dos eventos na Sala São Paulo e na Estação Motiva Cultural. A vaga exige comunicação clara, empatia no atendimento a públicos diversos e habilidade para resolver conflitos com serenidade. É essencial ter organização, flexibilidade para acompanhar diferentes formatos de programações e postura profissional diante de imprevistos. Uma oportunidade ideal para desenvolver competências operacionais e ampliar sua experiência no setor cultural.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar as áreas de operação (Produção Operacional, Produção Artística e Técnica) nos concertos e eventos, como formaturas, gravações, sessão de fotos, casamentos, coquetéis, festas, gravações, shows e demais atividades que possam ocorrer na Sala São Paulo e Estação Motiva Cultural; Acompanhar todas as fases da realização dos projetos, ajudando a organizar e planejar; Desempenhar diversas atividades dentro da Sala São Paulo e Estação Motiva Cultural, como recepção e controle do público em todos os eventos e concertos, manipulação de ingressos, acompanhamento de montagens e desmontagem de eventos, controle de achados e perdidos, redação de roteiros, relatórios, textos e planilhas e etc.; Desempenhar todas as atividades supracitadas com total empenho e compromisso para que todos os objetivos sejam alcançados; Utilizar os softwares oficiais da Fundação OSESP para executar suas funções, bem como domínio de e-mail, conforme LGPD.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior cursando a partir do 1º ano nas áreas de Eventos, Relações Públicas Turismo e área afins; Inglês Intermediário ou cursando; Conhecimento do Pacote Office e acesso à internet; Relacionar-se bem presencialmente; Estar de acordo com o Programa de Integridade da Fundação Osesp.Informações adicionais Bolsa auxílio compatível com o período acadêmico do estudante.
