A área reúne atividades consultivas e contenciosas (contencioso judicial e administrativo) nos temas de Direito Digital, Inteligência Artificial, Blockchain e Proteção de Dados para empresas nacionais e multinacionais, com atuação no Brasil e em diversos outros países da América Latina. A vaga é para a atuação no Contencioso, com as seguintes atividades a serem desenvolvidas:Rotinas administrativas de contencioso (acompanhamento processual, análise de publicações, contatos com cartório, emissão de guias);Acompanhamento de processos administrativos (ANPD e MP);Pesquisa jurisprudencial;Pesquisa legislativa;Apoio na elaboração de peças;Elaboração de relatórios;Alimentação de sistemas;Elaboração de materiais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando graduação em Direito (4º ano da faculdade entre 7º a 8º período);Possuir conhecimento avançado em Inglês (será um diferencial);Possuir conhecimento avançado em Espanhol (será um diferencial);Bons conhecimentos de Processo Civil;Ter conhecimento de direito material em Direito Digital e/ou Proteção de Dados (será um diferencial);Interesse nas áreas de Direito Digital e Proteção de Dados;Boa redação e capacidade de pesquisa jurídica;Cooperação com a equipe, iniciativa, boa comunicação, organização e vontade de aprender.Informações adicionaisA Daniel Advogados tem como um dos pilares de sua cultura o compromisso com Diversidade e Inclusão, e sabemos que ele se inicia no processo seletivo, portanto, convidamos TODOS(AS) os(as) a se candidatarem às nossas vagas!
