Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para quem deseja aplicar conhecimentos em Recursos Humanos em um contexto de terceiro setor, contribuindo diretamente para a missão da organização.Tendo o Propósito como combustível, os profissionais do time de Atração e Seleção estão diretamente ligados aos projetos e desafios de marca empregadora, jornada do candidato, ferramentas de e-recrutament, Inteligência Artificial aplicada à processos seletivos, humanização de entrevistas, ferramentas de avaliação comportamental e muito mais!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoia na confecção de anúncios e divulgação de vagas em plataformas internas e externas;Realiza triagem e análise de currículos conforme o perfil das vagas;Agenda entrevistas com candidatos e gestores;Apoia na condução de entrevistas iniciais (presencial e online);Organiza e execução de dinâmicas em grupo e processos coletivos;Atualiza indicadores, planilhas e sistemas de acompanhamento de processos seletivos;Auxilia nas ações de employer branding, inbound recruitament e feiras de oportunidades;Auxilia nas outras demandas da área: como jornada da pessoa candidata, avaliação de experiência, entrevista de desligamento, gestão de parceiros, fornecedores e organização de arquivos de recrutamento e seleção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário estar cursando entre o 2 e 5 semestre de Psicologia;Necessário Pacote Office Intermediário;Bons conhecimentos em ferramentas de criação (Canva, Capcut, outras).Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho:30 horas semanais, de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, das 10h às 17h, com 1 hora de intervalo.Benefícios:Assistência Médica Amil Saúde S60 gratuito para o colaborador após período de experiência;Desconto em medicamentos em farmácias informando Assistência Médica Amil;  Seguro de vida;Vale Refeição no valor de R$40,00 ao dia;Desconto 15% no Bazar da Liga;Wellhub e Pluxee Cuida;Vale Transporte.
