Responsabilidades e atribuições

Apoiar o controle de estoques de insumos e produtos acabados produzidos por maquilas e marcas próprias.Auxiliar no acompanhamento e atualização do status das produções realizadas por parceiros terceiros.Organizar e arquivar documentos relacionados aos processos, como notas fiscais, ordens de compra (OC) e solicitações de compra (SC).Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e apresentações de resultados semanais e mensais das operações de maquila e marcas próprias.Manter comunicação frequente com fornecedores, maquilas e áreas internas para alinhamento de demandas e prazos.Auxiliar no controle e acompanhamento dos custos relacionados às operações de maquila e marcas próprias.Dar suporte na coordenação de processos junto às áreas internas, garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos comerciais.Realizar o preenchimento e atualização de indicadores logísticos, incluindo dados de OTIF (On Time In Full).Apoiar o monitoramento de entregas, prazos e níveis de serviço dos fornecedores parceiros.Auxiliar na análise de indicadores de desempenho logístico e na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior cursando em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas. Previsão de conclusão do curso a partir de 1 ano.

Conhecimentos em Informática:

Pacote Office intermediário, com foco em Excel. Desejável conhecimento em Power BI e sistemas ERP.

Requisitos Técnicos:

Interesse em processos logísticos, gestão de estoques e cadeia de suprimentos. Conhecimento básico em indicadores logísticos. Desejável conhecimento em controle de estoque, inventários e acompanhamento de produção.
