A Fundação Osesp é uma instituição sem fins lucrativos que tem por objetivos apoiar, incentivar, assistir, desenvolver e promover a cultura, a educação e a assistência social, com ênfase à música de concerto, instrumental e vocal.Buscamos por um estagiário para atuar no suporte às atividades do setor, garantindo a organização e eficiência dos processos de captação e relacionamento com os patrocinadores da Fundação Osesp. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar nos fluxos e processos da área, apoiando a organização e o acompanhamento das demandas; Apoiar o processo de captação de recursos, realizando follow-ups com parceiros, registrando status e promovendo atualizações internas; Elaborar e atualizar planilhas gerenciais, relatórios, apresentações e demais controles da área; Realizar o agendamento e a organização de reuniões, acompanhando pautas e encaminhamentos quando necessário; Apoiar a execução das atividades operacionais e administrativas da área; Acompanhar e controlar as entregas de contrapartidas acordadas com os parceiros da Fundação Osesp, garantindo o cumprimento dos compromissos assumidos; Atuar na interface com as áreas internas da Fundação Osesp para alinhamento e acompanhamento de demandas; Contribuir para o relacionamento institucional com parceiros da Fundação Osesp, prestando suporte nas comunicações e ações de acompanhamento;Utilizar os softwares oficiais da Fundação OSESP para executar suas funções, bem como domínio de e-mail, conforme LGPD.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior em Relações Públicas, Marketing, Administração, Comunicação Social ou áreas correlatas; Imprescindível possuir excelente comunicação interpessoal, verbal e escrita; Capacidade de organização, planejamento, pensamento analítico e senso de urgência; Conhecimento em elaboração e estruturação de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações será considerado um diferencial; Desejável conhecimento do Pacote Office (especialmente Excel e PowerPoint) e navegação na internet; Desejável conhecimento de inglês em nível intermediário;Estar de acordo com o Programa de Integridade da Fundação Osesp
