O principal foco da posição será apoiar a criação de conteúdo para o CEO, transformando temas de negócios, eventos e iniciativas da empresa em conteúdos relevantes para diferentes plataformas.Procuramos alguém com excelente escrita, curiosidade, olhar criativo e vontade de aprender. É importante acompanhar tendências de conteúdo, gostar de produzir vídeos e ter interesse em desenvolver uma carreira em comunicação corporativa voltada para ghost creator de C-level.Responsabilidades e atribuições* Apoiar a criação e publicação de conteúdos para as redes sociais do CEO e dos canais proprietários do grupo.* Auxiliar na redação de conteúdos para LinkedIn e outros canais institucionais.* Produzir conteúdos audiovisuais para redes sociais, incluindo captação, edição e adaptação para formatos nativos.* Apoiar a cobertura de eventos, reuniões, entrevistas e agendas estratégicas para produção de conteúdo em tempo real.* Editar vídeos utilizando aplicativos e ferramentas nativas de criação de conteúdo.* Auxiliar na elaboração de roteiros, pautas e calendários editoriais.* Apoiar a gestão das redes sociais institucionais da empresa.* Contribuir com ações de comunicação interna e employer branding.* Produzir apresentações, materiais institucionais e conteúdos de apoio.* Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho dos conteúdos e apoiar a elaboração de relatórios.* Utilizar ferramentas de IA generativa para apoiar a criação de textos, roteiros, apresentações e conteúdos audiovisuais.Requisitos e qualificações* Cursando Comunicação Social, Jornalismo, Publicidade e Propaganda, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas.* Excelente comunicação escrita e domínio da língua portuguesa.* Interesse por comunicação corporativa, branding e produção de conteúdo.* Afinidade com redes sociais, especialmente LinkedIn, Instagram e TikTok.* Conhecimento em edição de vídeo utilizando CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut ou ferramentas similares.* Interesse em fotografia, gravação e produção de conteúdo audiovisual.* Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA generativa será considerada um diferencial.* Organização, proatividade, criatividade e vontade de aprender.* Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e boa comunicação interpessoal.
