Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) para apoiar as atividades da área de Investimentos, contribuindo com análises, organização de informações, acompanhamento de indicadores e elaboração de materiais gerenciais. Você terá a oportunidade de aprender na prática sobre o mercado financeiro, produtos de investimento e estratégias de negócios, atuando ao lado de profissionais experientes e participando de projetos que apoiam a tomada de decisão da cooperativa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o acompanhamento dos indicadores de captação, investimentos e resultados; Auxiliar na atualização e organização de bases de dados e controles gerenciais; Contribuir com a elaboração de relatórios, apresentações e materiais de acompanhamento da área; Realizar tratamento e consolidação de dados para geração de informações gerenciais; Apoiar o monitoramento de indicadores econômicos e financeiros; Auxiliar na construção e atualização de dashboards e indicadores de desempenho; Prestar suporte às demandas das agências, gestores e áreas parceiras; Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e rotinas da área de Investimentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando ensino superior em:

Administração; Economia; Ciências Contábeis; Gestão Financeira; Engenharia; ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e Pacote Office; Facilidade com análise, organização e tratamento de dados; Interesse pelo mercado financeiro, investimentos e indicadores econômicos; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

Diferenciais

Conhecimento básico em Power BI; Participação em projetos acadêmicos relacionados a finanças, análise de dados ou investimentos; Interesse em certificações do mercado financeiro; Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados.

Perfil analítico, organizado e atento aos detalhes; Proatividade e disposição para aprender; Comprometimento com prazos e qualidade das entregas; Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe; Curiosidade e interesse por novos conhecimentos; Senso de responsabilidade e comprometimento; Interesse em construir carreira na área de investimentos e mercado financeiro.

Experiência Não é necessária experiência profissional anterior. Serão considerados diferenciais experiências acadêmicas, projetos, cursos extracurriculares ou vivências relacionadas à elaboração de planilhas, análise de dados, atividades administrativas, atendimento ao público, educação financeira, investimentos ou mercado financeiro.
