Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar apoio na análise de contratos de baixa e média complexidade, em conformidade com a legislação vigente e as diretrizes internas da empresa, com o objetivo de reduzir o tempo de resposta aos setores internos e aumentar a eficiência e agilidade dos processos corporativos;

Atuar na gestão de documentos jurídicos, assegurando sua guarda adequada e manutenção correta, garantindo a integridade das informações e facilitando o acesso rápido e seguro aos dados;

Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e pareceres jurídicos, oferecendo suporte técnico em contratos, negociações e outras questões legais;

Realizar pesquisas jurisprudenciais conforme orientação do gestor, analisando temas e contextos envolvidos para subsidiar a elaboração de respostas jurídicas mais assertivas e eficazes;

Auxiliar na resolução de demandas da área consultiva e de planejamento tributário, contribuindo para a prevenção de riscos legais e operacionais;

Realizar diligências junto a órgãos da administração pública, acompanhando o andamento de processos, obtendo documentos ou informações necessárias e assegurando o cumprimento de prazos e exigências legais;

Colaborar com outras atividades da área financeira, sempre que necessário, contribuindo de forma integrada com a equipe para o alcance dos objetivos da área;
