Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time da Qualidade Nutror, você irá:Apoiar as atividades de rotina da área de Garantia da Qualidade;Auxiliar no controle, organização e atualização de documentos e registros da Qualidade;Apoiar o acompanhamento de procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e requisitos do sistema de gestão;Auxiliar na realização e acompanhamento de inspeções de qualidade e segurança de alimentos na fábrica;Apoiar o monitoramento de programas de pré-requisitos, Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) e procedimentos de higiene;Auxiliar na coleta, organização e análise de dados e indicadores da Qualidade;Apoiar o tratamento e acompanhamento de não conformidades e planos de ação;Auxiliar na preparação de evidências e documentos para auditorias internas e externas;Apoiar atividades relacionadas ao monitoramento ambiental e controles microbiológicos, quando aplicável;Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua relacionados à Qualidade e Segurança de Alimentos;Apoiar treinamentos e ações de conscientização relacionados às boas práticas e procedimentos da empresa;Realizar outras atividades relacionadas à área de Garantia da Qualidade, conforme orientação do responsável

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer acontecer, você precisa:

  Estar cursando Ensino Superior em Engenharias Química, Alimentos, Produção, Ciência dos Alimentos, Química, Farmácia ou áreas correlatas;   Conhecimento em Pacote Office;  Disponibilidade para atividades que envolvam acompanhamento de processos diretamente na fábrica.Vai ser um diferencial se você tiver:

  Conhecimento básico em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF);   Conhecimento básico sobre Segurança de Alimentos e Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade;   Noções de ferramentas da qualidade, como 5W2H, PDCA, Ishikawa e análise de causa;  Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e/ou ferramentas de análise de dados.
