Buscamos profissionais com perfil hunter, visão de negócio, capacidade analítica e forte habilidade de negociação, que tenham experiência na construção de novos negócios B2B e no desenvolvimento de soluções logísticas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspectar ativamente novos clientes e oportunidades, construindo e gerenciando pipeline comercial;Mapear empresas, segmentos, mercados e potenciais alvos, identificando oportunidades de crescimento;Desenvolver relacionamento com decisores e stakeholders, incluindo interlocutores de nível gerencial e executivo;Conduzir o ciclo completo de vendas, desde a prospecção até a negociação e fechamento;Participar de RFPs, RFQs, concorrências e processos estruturados de contratação;Interpretar escopos, memoriais descritivos e necessidades dos clientes, transformando demandas em soluções logísticas;Estruturar propostas técnicas e comerciais em conjunto com as áreas de Engenharia, Operações, Pricing, Finanças e demais áreas envolvidas;Definir e negociar condições comerciais, preços e premissas dos projetos, respeitando as políticas e alçadas da companhia;Desenvolver soluções de armazenagem, intralogística, operações de CD e demais soluções relacionadas ao portfólio da empresa;Realizar apresentações comerciais e executivas para clientes e prospects;Atuar em conjunto com Adm. de Vendas na análise de mercado, concorrentes e oportunidades;Participar de feiras, congressos, eventos e fóruns do segmento, ampliando networking e geração de oportunidades;Identificar e desenvolver parceiros estratégicos que possam contribuir para geração de negócios;Garantir o correto registro das oportunidades, contatos, interações e evolução dos negócios no CRM;Apoiar a transição e implantação dos contratos conquistados, garantindo o alinhamento entre as premissas comerciais e a operação;Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em vendas B2B consultivas e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;Experiência em logística, transporte, armazenagem, intralogística, 3PL ou serviços complexos;Atuação em prospecção e hunting;Experiência com RFPs, RFQs e concorrências de médio e grande porte;Conhecimento de formação de preços, custos, margem e viabilidade econômico-financeira;Capacidade de interpretar necessidades do cliente e transformá-las em soluções comerciais;Forte capacidade de negociação e relacionamento com diferentes níveis hierárquicos;Perfil analítico, empreendedor e orientado a resultados;Organização para gestão de pipeline e utilização de CRM;Disponibilidade para viagens e participação em reuniões e eventos com clientes;Inglês avaçado/fluente.Informações adicionaisVeículo da empresa;VR;Total Pass;Convênio Médico;Convênio Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Desconto em Farmácia;Desconto em aluguel de carro na Movida.
