Empresa do segmento automotivo. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão do Cargo: Responsável por gerenciar as operações do Centro de Preparação Veicular, assegurando a qualidade dos serviços de recuperação estética e estrutural dos veículos, a produtividade das equipes e a disponibilidade da frota para locação. Atua com foco em eficiência operacional, controle de custos, desenvolvimento de pessoas e melhoria contínua dos processos.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições: Gerenciar as atividades operacionais do Centro de Preparação Veicular, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade e produtividade.Coordenar os processos de funilaria, pintura, acabamento, polimento e preparação estética dos veículos.Garantir a liberação dos veículos dentro dos prazos estabelecidos, contribuindo para a disponibilidade da frota.Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho, como tempo de ciclo, taxa de retrabalho, produtividade e custo por reparo.Desenvolver e acompanhar planos de ação para melhoria contínua dos processos e redução de desperdícios.Liderar equipes técnicas e operacionais, promovendo desenvolvimento, engajamento e alta performance.Acompanhar a execução orçamentária da área, identificando oportunidades de otimização de custos.Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Manutenção, Operações de Frota, Logística e Comercial para alinhamento das demandas do negócio.Garantir conformidade com normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente.Participar de projetos de melhoria operacional, padronização de processos e aumento de capacidade produtiva.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Experiência consolidada em liderança de operações ou centros de preparação automotiva. Conhecimento em gestão de indicadores, produtividade e controle de custos. Conhecimento em processos de funilaria, pintura automotiva e preparação veicular. Vivência em ambientes de alto volume operacional e gestão de equipes multidisciplinaresDisponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial.
