Garantir a qualidade, consistência e evolução dos clusters utilizados nas estratégias de aquisição, desenvolvimento, retenção e fidelização de clientes. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais ResponsabilidadesLiderar a gestão da segmentação e clusterização da base de clientes e prospects.Definir e manter regras de agrupamento por perfil, potencial, porte, vertical, geografia, relacionamento, comportamento e ciclo de vida do cliente. Garantir a governança dos públicos utilizados em campanhas de CRM e CLM.Construir modelos de priorização para aquisição, cross-sell, upsell, retenção e recuperação de clientes.Atuar em conjunto com Marketing na definição de públicos-alvo para campanhas e jornadas de relacionamento.Apoiar GTM na estratégia de segmentação e gestão de carteiras comerciais.Realizar análises de potencial de mercado, cobertura comercial e oportunidades de crescimento da base.Gerenciar a qualidade dos dados utilizados nos processos de segmentação.Definir critérios de elegibilidade e enriquecimento das bases de CRM e CLM.Acompanhar os resultados dos clusters e propor ajustes contínuos para aumento de performance.Liderar equipe especializada em analytics, segmentação e gestão de bases.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil DesejadoForte capacidade analítica.Experiência em CRM, CLM ou Customer Analytics.Vivência em segmentação de clientes e gestão de bases.Conhecimento em Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Power BI ou ferramentas similares.Experiência em liderança de equipes.Capacidade de influenciar áreas de Marketing, Comercial e Dados.Principais KPIsPrecisão e aderência dos clusters.Conversão das campanhas por segmento.Incremento de receita por cluster.Taxa de retenção e redução de churn.Cobertura e aproveitamento das carteiras comerciais.Qualidade dos públicos disponibilizados para CRM e CLM.Tempo de disponibilização de novas segmentações para o negócio.Informações adicionaisVeja o que ofereceremos* para você:Na Vivo não medimos esforços em apoiar e valorizar nossos colaboradores.
