Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a Central de Logística Nacional: Acompanhar em tempo real a movimentação de equipamentos, insumos e equipes volantes e.Gerenciar a mesa de contingência 24/7: Garantir resposta imediata a chamados de urgência e emergência em hospitais parceiros e atendimento domiciliar.Gerir o parque nacional de equipamentos biomédicos: Controlar o dimensionamento, a distribuição e a rastreabilidade de máquinas de hemodiálise e sistemas de tratamento de água.Atuar em parceria com a Engenharia Clínica: Sincronizar cronogramas de manutenção preventiva e corretiva para manter a disponibilidade total dos equipamentos sem impactar a assistência ao paciente.Coordenar a malha de armazenagem: Gerenciar Centros de Distribuição Principais e Avançados, garantindo níveis ideais de estoque (mínimos, máximos e pontos de reposição).Garantir conformidade regulatória: Assegurar que todas as etapas de transporte e armazenagem sigam rigorosamente as normas da ANVISA (RDC 430/2020 e RDC 304).Controlar a validade e movimentação de insumos: Aplicar a metodologia FEFO/FIFO para eliminar perdas de medicamentos e correlatos hospitalares.Gerenciar transportes multimodais e parceiros (3PL): Coordenar fretes rodoviários, aéreos emergenciais e frotas dedicadas, auditando rigorosamente o nível de serviço das transportadoras.Estruturar a logística reversa: Garantir o recolhimento e a destinação adequada de equipamentos, insumos e resíduos para desinfecção ou descarte.Manter o S&OP Assistencial: Alinhar o planejamento diário de entregas com as equipes de enfermagem e responsáveis técnicos dos hospitais.Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs): Monitorar metas de OTIF, acuracidade de inventário, tempo médio de reparo (MTTR), tempo entre falhas (MTBF) e custo logístico total.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica: Ensino Superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Farmácia ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação / Especialização: Pós-graduação ou MBA em Supply Chain, Logística Hospitalar ou Gestão de Saúde.Experiência Profissional: Vivência consolidada em cargos de liderança em Logística ou Supply Chain no setor de saúde será considerado diferencial.Legislação Sanitária: Domínio prático das normas regulatórias da ANVISA.Sistemas e Tecnologias: Domínio de ERPs corporativos (SAP, TOTVS Protheus ou Oracle), sistemas WMS (armazenagem), TMS (transportes) e ferramentas de BI (Power BI ou similares).Gestão de Ativos: Conhecimento prático em gestão de ativos biomédicos e rastreabilidade patrimonial.Gestão Operacional: Experiência comprovada com gestão de estoques (FEFO/FIFO), rotas multimodais e gestão de terceiros (3PL).
