Responsabilidades e atribuições RequisitosExperiência anterior como Gerente de Loja, preferencialmente no segmento de moda feminina;Experiência comprovada em gestão, desenvolvimento e liderança de equipes;Vivência no acompanhamento de metas e indicadores de desempenho do varejo;Perfil comercial, proativo, dinâmico e orientado para resultados;Excelente comunicação, capacidade de liderança e habilidade para gestão de conflitos;Visão estratégica e foco na experiência e fidelização do cliente;Organização, senso de responsabilidade e capacidade de tomar decisões;Disponibilidade para atuar nos horários estabelecidos pela loja.
