O Grupo CIMED está buscando um Gerente de Produto para liderar a URSO, nossa unidade de negócio de suplementação. A pessoa nesta posição será responsável de ponta a ponta pela unidade: portfólio, P&L, estratégia comercial e crescimento, com foco em venda direta ao consumidor por meio de ecommerce próprio e, principalmente, de um programa de afiliados de alta performance.É uma posição de dono de negócio. Esperamos alguém que combine profundo conhecimento técnico de produtos de suplementação com visão comercial de DTC, capacidade analítica e experiência em construir e liderar times. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão da unidade de negócio;Responder pelo P&L da URSO, definindo metas de receita, margem. Construir e executar o plano estratégico anual da unidade, incluindo roadmap de lançamentos, posicionamento de marca e alocação de investimento entre canais. Montar, desenvolver e liderar o time da unidade, definindo estrutura, rituais e metas;Produto e portfólio;Definir e gerir o portfólio de suplementos com base em dados de mercado, tendências de consumo e demanda do canal de afiliados. Liderar o ciclo completo de desenvolvimento de novos produtos em conjunto com P&D, Regulatório, Qualidade e Suprimentos, do conceito e formulação até o lançamento e a avaliação pós lançamento. Garantir conformidade regulatória (ANVISA) em rotulagem, alegações e comunicação, atuando em parceria com as áreas técnicas;Gerir precificação, arquitetura de portfólio e planejamento de demanda, evitando ruptura e excesso de estoque;Gerir canal de afiliados;Definir e acompanhar a estratégia de aquisição e retenção (mídia paga, CRM, email, WhatsApp, marketplaces como canal complementar), em parceria com Canal;Construir uma cultura orientada a dados, com dashboards e rotina de análise de funil, coortes e rentabilidade por canal.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Nutrição, Farmácia, Administração, Engenharia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em gestão de produto ou de negócio no segmento de suplementação alimentar, nutrição esportiva, com domínio de categorias, ingredientes, formulações, alegações e público consumidor. Este conhecimento é indispensável para a posição;Experiência comprovada em venda direta ao consumidor por e-commerce e, principalmente, em estruturar e escalar programas de afiliados, influenciadores ou creators, com resultados mensuráveis;Vivência em gestão de P&L, definição de metas e reporte a alta liderança;Experiência em liderança de equipes multidisciplinares, com histórico de formar e desenvolver times;Conhecimento das exigências regulatórias da ANVISA para suplementos alimentares;Perfil hands on, orientado a resultado, com forte capacidade analítica, autonomia e habilidade de negociação e relacionamento; Inglês avançado será um diferencial.
