Realizamos negócios únicos para clientes especiais, sempre de forma a surpreender, inspirar, realizar e transformar as nossas relações.Para nós o cliente é a razão, e, através do cuidado a ele dado, asseguramos a longo prazo a sustentabilidade da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão completa de projetos arquitetônicos de empreendimentos de alto padrão;Coordenação e gestão de projetistas complementares (estrutura, instalações, paisagismo, interiores, fachada, acústica, sustentabilidade, etc.);Liderança de equipe multidisciplinar, promovendo alinhamento técnico, produtividade e desenvolvimento profissional;Interface constante com obra, fornecendo suporte técnico, validando soluções e respondendo a demandas de campo;Interação com fornecedores externos, consultores e parceiros estratégicos;Consolidação e análise de inputs técnicos, normativos, legais e de viabilidade;Garantir a compatibilização de projetos, mitigando riscos técnicos e impactos em custo e cronograma;Participação em estudos de massa, viabilidade técnica e produtos imobiliários;Acompanhamento de cronogramas, controle de entregas e cumprimento de prazos;Apoio técnico às áreas internas (incorporação, engenharia, suprimentos e comercial);Garantia de conformidade com normas técnicas, legislação urbanística e padrões de qualidade da companhia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Arquitetura e Urbanismo;Experiência comprovada em incorporação imobiliária, preferencialmente em empreendimentos de alto padrão;Sólida atuação em gestão de projetos;Experiência em coordenação de projetistas complementares;Conhecimento de processos construtivos e leitura crítica de projetos executivos;Domínio de ferramentas como AutoCAD, Revit (desejável), pacote Office e softwares de gestão de projetos;Vivência em interface direta com obras e fornecedores.Diferenciais:Inglês: Diferencial (intermediário ou avançado – leitura técnica, reuniões e apresentações).Experiência com empreendimentos residenciais de alto padrão ou luxo;Vivência em projetos com certificações ou alto nível de detalhamento;Atuação em empresas incorporadoras ou grandes construtoras;Conhecimento em BIM e processos de inovação em projeto.Informações adicionaisO que nós oferecemos:Ambiente dinâmico e desafiador;Oportunidade de crescimento profissional;Pacote de benefícios compatível com o mercado.
