Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir e expandir a carteira de cooperados, com foco de atendimento em pequenas, médias e grandes empresas, garantindo crescimento sustentável do portfólio; Foco em visitas para conquistas de novos negócios e crescimento de carteira;

Prestar atendimento consultivo, oferecendo soluções financeiras adequadas e personalizadas;Alcançar e superar as metas comerciais, financeiras e de relacionamento estabelecidas pela cooperativa;Prevenir e reduzir os índices de inadimplência da carteira de cooperados;Assegurar a conformidade das operações com normativos internos e exigências regulatórias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisito básico é necessário:Ensino superior completo em: Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins;Possuir certificação Anbima (CPA, C-Pro R e C-Pro I)Possuir CNH e Veículo Próprio; Pacote Office - Intermediário;Organização e compromisso com suas atividades;Facilidade para trabalhar com metas e resultados.Competências Essenciais:Boa comunicação;Bom relacionamento interpessoal;Trabalho em equipe;Proatividade;Organização;Autonomia.Junte-se a nós para a construção de um excelente lugar para se trabalhar!  🤝Informações adicionaisCarga Horária:⌚ 40 horas semanaisPacote de benefícios: 💳
