Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o cumprimento de metas estipuladas no planejamento estratégico.Acompanhar os custos e despesas comerciais, visando manter o orçamento dentro das metas estabelecidas pelo planejamento estratégico.Gerar informações válidas em tempo real para alimentar o planejamento e a execução das vendas e garantir o correto atendimento dos clientes, colhendo informações do mercado.Responder pela atualização constante das informações cadastrais dos clientes, das tabelas de preços dos produtos da empresa.Gerenciar e acompanhar a situação dos repasses da Caixa Econômica Federal junto aos corretores e correspondentes.Gerenciar os corretores e orientá-los em todas as fases do processo de vendas.Sugerir o suporte de ativações de marketing que alavanquem as vendas.Atuar em sintonia fina com o Coordenador seja levantando e pesquisando informações válidas e formais do mercado e dos concorrentes, seja sugerindo a realização de campanhas, de promoções ou de mídia cooperada com os diferentes canais e cidades de atuação.Planejar, orientar, acompanhar e avaliar a produtividade da sua equipes de vendas, visando otimizar a cobertura do mercado atuado.Estabelecer relacionamento e comunicação constante com o mercado, com os formadores de opiniões e com os concorrentes, visando manter o posicionamento do produto em sintonia com as demandas, identificando oportunidades e sugerindo ações de defesa das ameaças identificadas.Participar de feiras, eventos e atividades de externas visando promover a 7LM e os empreendimentos da empresa.Garantir que os corretores estejam sempre alinhados com o modo de vendas e atendimento da empresa. Fazer com que a comunicação chega a todos de forma esclarecedora;Assegurar que a Missão, Visão e Valores, estejam chegando diariamente na ponta de vendas;Planejamento de ações de vendas de rua, pontos de venda e etc.Garantir que o stand de vendas, decorados e produtos estejam sempre no maior grau de excelência, para demonstração aos nossos clientes.Montar equipe de vendas e/ou Credenciar imobiliárias.Alimentar mensalmente o Coordenador com os dados pertinentes a sua equipe de vendas, tais como quantidade de vendas, visitas, agendamentos e todos os demais parâmetros dos processos desenhados pela 7 LM para o gerenciamento das vendas e equipes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo;Experiência e/ou conhecimento em gestão de pessoas;Experiência no setor comercial e/ou vendas.Ter disponibilidade para atuar em Formosa;
