O papel exige forte capacidade de interlocução com executivos, áreas de negócio, TI, arquitetos, parceiros e equipes comerciais.Buscamos uma liderança com perfil consultivo, repertório técnico e visão de negócio, capaz de questionar premissas, reformular problemas, recomendar caminhos e sustentar as decisões técnicas e comerciais da solução.(Hibrido)(TM1)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExperiência de pelo menos 8 anos na área de tecnologia;Experiência mínima de 3 anos em posição de gestão formal, preferencialmente em pré-vendas, consultoria, arquitetura de soluções, gestão de propostas ou delivery;Experiência comprovada conduzindo sessões consultivas com clientes;Capacidade de conduzir conversas simultaneamente com áreas de negócio e TI;Experiência em desenho de soluções de ponta a ponta em dados, analytics e/ou IA;Conhecimento de arquitetura Lakehouse/Medallion, ingestão, governança de dados, BI e integrações;Experiência prática com pelo menos duas das seguintes tecnologias ou plataformas:Databricks;Microsoft Fabric;Microsoft Azure;Amazon Web Services — AWS;Plataforma Google Cloud — GCP;Floco de Neve;Experiência em dimensionamento de serviços de tecnologia e composição de equipes;Conhecimento de precificação, margem, custos, impostos, senioridade e localidade;Excel ou Google Sheets em nível avançado, incluindo modelagem, cenários e análise de sensibilidade;Experiência com RFPs, RFIs, concorrências ou propostas complexas;Capacidade de leitura crítica de contratos, incluindo SLA, penalidades, escopo, reajustes e mudanças de escopo;Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal em português;Inglês suficiente para leitura técnica e interação com fabricantes;Espanhol conversacional;Disponibilidade para reuniões presenciais com clientes e eventuais viagens.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com contratos AMS, sustentação ou modelos de capacidade;Vivência com GenAI, LLMOps ou plataformas corporativas de inteligência artificial;Conhecimento de FinOps e observabilidade em ambientes de dados;Certificações em Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks ou tecnologias relacionadas;Experiência em concorrências de grandes contas;Atuação anterior nos setores financeiro, industrial, varejo, telecomunicações ou setor público;Inglês conversacional;Experiência com Python, Power Query ou automação de modelos;Experiência na gestão e desenvolvimento de profissionais de pré-vendas, arquitetura ou consultoria.Informações adicionais
