Alguém que combine visão estratégica e execução, tenha curiosidade para aprender continuamente, capacidade de navegar em cenários complexos e energia para transformar desafios em resultados concretos para clientes e para o negócio.Local de Trabalho: São PauloResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a estratégia, evolução e o ciclo de vida de produtos de crédito, com foco em Empréstimo Pessoal (Clean Loan) e Crédito do Trabalhador;Ser responsável pelos resultados financeiros dos produtos, acompanhando e gerenciando indicadores de receita, margem, OPEX, EBITDA, carteira, conversão e rentabilidade;Definir e executar estratégias de crescimento, aquisição, ativação e retenção de clientes, atuando em conjunto com Marketing, CRM, Dados e demais áreas parceiras;Priorizar demandas e liderar iniciativas estratégicas, garantindo a entrega de projetos de alto impacto dentro dos prazos e objetivos de negócio;Construir business cases, identificar oportunidades de mercado e propor melhorias na jornada do cliente, produtos e processos;Atuar de forma integrada com áreas como Tecnologia, Riscos, Operações, Jurídico, Compliance, Financeiro e parceiros externos;Acompanhar métricas de performance e utilizar dados para tomada de decisão, identificando oportunidades de crescimento e eficiência operacional;Garantir uma visão end-to-end do produto, equilibrando experiência do cliente, viabilidade financeira, requisitos regulatórios e estratégia de negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em gestão de produtos financeiros, preferencialmente em produtos de crédito como Empréstimo Pessoal, Consignado Privado ou Crédito do Trabalhador;Vivência na gestão de P&L, construção de business cases e acompanhamento de indicadores financeiros e operacionais;Experiência na condução de projetos estratégicos e gestão de iniciativas multifuncionais;Forte capacidade analítica, com habilidade para transformar dados em decisões e ações concretas;Conhecimento dos principais indicadores de crédito, rentabilidade, crescimento e performance de produtos financeiros;Perfil empreendedor, com mentalidade de dono, autonomia e forte orientação para resultado;Profissional dinâmico, curioso, resiliente e com facilidade para atuar em ambientes de transformação e crescimento acelerado;Excelente capacidade de influência, comunicação e articulação entre diferentes áreas e níveis da organização.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: VR, VA, Assistência Médica e Odontológica e Bônus.
