Buscamos Gerente de Projetos para atuar na gestão de projetos estratégicos de grande porte, com foco em implementação e transformação de ERP Corporativo – Oracle Fusion. Será responsável por conduzir escopo, cronograma, recursos, riscos, stakeholders e governança, integrando equipes de negócio, tecnologia e fornecedores. É essencial experiência comprovada na gestão de projetos de implementação de ERP em empresas de grande porte, preferencialmente com atuação em Oracle Fusion, além de domínio de metodologias tradicionais, ágeis e híbridas, como PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban e Agile Scaling.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNa sua rotina de trabalho, você vai se deparar com as seguintes atividades: Planejar, coordenar e acompanhar projetos de implementação e transformação de ERP Corporativo – Oracle Fusion, garantindo prazo, escopo, orçamento e qualidade.

Gerenciar cronograma, recursos, entregas, dependências, riscos, issues e mudanças do projeto.

Atuar como principal facilitador entre áreas de negócio, Tecnologia, fornecedores, parceiros e patrocinadores.

Conduzir a governança do projeto, garantindo aplicação das metodologias, processos e padrões corporativos.

Acompanhar KPIs, indicadores de desempenho e status das entregas, elaborando reportes executivos para stakeholders e patrocinadores.

Identificar, avaliar e conduzir a mitigação de riscos, impactos e impedimentos do projeto.

Gerenciar stakeholders e comunicação, promovendo alinhamento entre as diferentes áreas e equipes envolvidas.

Coordenar fornecedores e parceiros, acompanhando contratos, aquisições, entregas e cumprimento das responsabilidades.

Garantir a realização e formalização dos aceites das entregas, bem como o controle de documentação do projeto.

Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento, comitês e steering committees, apoiando a tomada de decisões estratégicas.

Garantir o registro e acompanhamento de lições aprendidas, decisões, planos de ação e mudanças.

Atuar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e na geração de valor para o negócio por meio da evolução dos processos e soluções de ERP.

Aplicar metodologias tradicionais, ágeis e híbridas, conforme a necessidade e complexidade do projeto.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConfere abaixo o que você vai precisar saber pra se dar bem nessa oportunidade!CONHECIMENTOS EXIGIDOS:Gestão de Projetos e Programas de grande porte, preferencialmente em ambientes corporativos complexos.Experiência com ERP Corporativo, com foco em Oracle Fusion e projetos de implementação, migração ou transformação.

Conhecimento de metodologias tradicionais, ágeis e híbridas, como: PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, Agile Scaling Conhecimento de governança de projetos, gestão de escopo, cronograma, orçamento, recursos e indicadores.

Gestão de riscos, issues, mudanças e dependências entre diferentes frentes do projeto.

Conhecimento em gestão de stakeholders, comunicação executiva e condução de comitês/steering committees.

Experiência na gestão e acompanhamento de fornecedores e parceiros tecnológicos.

Conhecimento de gestão de indicadores e elaboração de reportes executivos.

Conhecimento de processos de implantação de ERP, incluindo planejamento, execução, testes, entregas, aceite e encerramento.

Capacidade de atuar na interface entre áreas de negócio e Tecnologia, traduzindo necessidades e garantindo alinhamento entre as partes.

Conhecimento de documentação de projetos, gestão de mudanças e lições aprendidas.
