Nosso cliente é um reconhecido escritório de advocacia full-service, com atuação empresarial e relacionamento próximo com clientes de diferentes setores.

Buscamos um(a) profissional sênior para liderar e desenvolver a prática de Contencioso Cível em São Paulo, combinando atuação técnica, gestão da área, relacionamento com clientes e desenvolvimento de negócios.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a prática de Contencioso Cível em São Paulo, sendo responsável pela condução técnica, estratégica e comercial da área;Conduzir disputas cíveis e empresariais estratégicas e de maior complexidade, incluindo matérias contratuais, societárias, de responsabilidade civil e demais temas de natureza empresarial;Atuar diretamente no relacionamento com clientes, compreendendo seus negócios, antecipando demandas e identificando oportunidades de novos trabalhos;Desenvolver e expandir a carteira da área, fortalecendo relacionamentos existentes e contribuindo ativamente para a geração de novas oportunidades;Participar da elaboração de propostas comerciais, definição de honorários e acompanhamento do faturamento e da rentabilidade dos trabalhos;Definir estratégias processuais, revisar trabalhos e acompanhar diretamente os assuntos mais relevantes da prática;Atuar de forma preventiva na identificação e mitigação de riscos relacionados a potenciais litígios;Trabalhar de forma integrada com outras áreas do escritório, estimulando oportunidades de atuação conjunta e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;Coordenar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo colaboração, autonomia e evolução técnica;Contribuir para o posicionamento institucional da prática e para o fortalecimento da presença do escritório no mercado.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito com registro ativo na OAB;Experiência mínima de 15 anos em Contencioso Cível Empresarial, com trajetória consolidada em escritórios de advocacia e atuação direta na gestão e relacionamento com clientes corporativos;Experiência em posição de elevada senioridade, preferencialmente como sócio(a), counsel ou função equivalente, com participação ativa na condução e desenvolvimento da prática;Experiência na condução de disputas cíveis e empresariais estratégicas e de maior complexidade;Vivência na gestão e no relacionamento com clientes, com participação no desenvolvimento de negócios e expansão de carteira;Capacidade de interlocução com executivos, empresários e demais tomadores de decisão;Visão de negócio e interesse em participar ativamente do crescimento e desenvolvimento da prática;Experiência na liderança de equipes e no desenvolvimento de profissionais;Perfil relacional e colaborativo, com facilidade para atuação integrada com outras áreas do escritório.
