Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar, desenvolver e mentorar equipes de desenvolvimento de software.Garantir qualidade técnica, produtividade e previsibilidade das entregas.Definir direcionamentos de arquitetura, engenharia de software e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.Monitorar indicadores, capacidade da equipe e oportunidades de melhoria contínua.Trabalhar em parceria com Produto, Infraestrutura, Segurança e DevOps para garantir soluções escaláveis.Impulsionar o uso de inteligência artificial, automações e novas tecnologias no desenvolvimento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosEnsino superior completo em Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida na liderança de equipes de desenvolvimento de software.Conhecimento em Flutter, Node.js, Next.js, React e PostgreSQL.Conhecimento em infraestrutura e serviços AWS.Experiência com arquitetura de software e decisões técnicas de engenharia.Vivência na gestão de indicadores, eficiência e previsibilidade de entregas.Experiência de atuação integrada com equipes de Produto e necessidades do negócio.Será um diferencialExperiência em startups ou empresas de tecnologia em crescimento.Conhecimento em inteligência artificial aplicada ao desenvolvimento de software.Vivência com automações, agentes inteligentes e ferramentas de geração de código.Experiência em escalabilidade, otimização de custos e evolução de produtos digitais.
