Buscamos el mejor talento para la posición de Analista de NetworkingResponsabilidades y atribucionesAdministrar, configurar y mantener la infraestructura de redes, seguridad perimetral y sistemas de seguridad electrónica en entornos empresariales y críticos, asegurando la disponibilidad y continuidad operativa.Gestionar y resolver incidentes técnicos de nivel N2/N3 relacionados con conectividad, redes IP, seguridad perimetral, videovigilancia, control de acceso y plataformas integradas.Administrar y brindar soporte a soluciones de seguridad perimetral como Check Point, F5 y Forcepoint, así como a la infraestructura de comunicaciones que soporta los sistemas de seguridad electrónica.Diseñar, implementar y mantener arquitecturas de red, considerando protocolos de enrutamiento, segmentación, alta disponibilidad, conectividad Ethernet, fibra óptica y alimentación PoE.Administrar y brindar soporte a sistemas de videovigilancia IP, plataformas VMS y servidores de grabación, preferentemente Milestone XProtect, incluyendo la configuración de cámaras, gestión de eventos y diagnóstico de fallas.Gestionar sistemas de control de acceso físico, incluyendo controladores, lectores, puertas, permisos, alarmas e integración con plataformas de administración, preferentemente Kantech/EntraPass.Brindar soporte a servidores Windows y plataformas aplicativas asociadas a los sistemas de seguridad electrónica, realizando diagnósticos de conectividad, servicios, rendimiento y almacenamiento.Participar en la integración y soporte de sistemas de automatización y supervisión, incluyendo plataformas SCADA, PLC y sistemas de seguridad, según los requerimientos del servicio.Coordinar con fabricantes y proveedores tecnológicos la atención de incidentes críticos, escalaciones técnicas, actualizaciones y aplicación de buenas prácticas.Monitorear la disponibilidad y el desempeño de la infraestructura, identificar riesgos y proponer mejoras para optimizar la estabilidad, seguridad y eficiencia operativa.Elaborar documentación técnica, diagramas de arquitectura, procedimientos operativos, informes de incidentes y análisis de causa raíz, así como evidencias para auditorías y planes de mejora continua.Requisitos y calificacionesProfesional técnico, bachiller o titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Redes, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o carreras afines.Experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración de redes, infraestructura tecnológica, seguridad electrónica o funciones relacionadas. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia combinada en Networking y Seguridad Electrónica.Conocimientos sólidos en redes TCP/IP, direccionamiento IP, subnetting, VLAN, routing, switching, DNS, conectividad Ethernet, fibra óptica y PoE.Experiencia en administración o soporte de soluciones de seguridad perimetral, preferentemente Check Point, F5 y/o Forcepoint.Conocimientos o experiencia en sistemas de videovigilancia IP, plataformas VMS y cámaras IP; deseable Milestone XProtect.Conocimientos o experiencia en sistemas de control de acceso físico, controladores, lectores y plataformas de gestión; deseable Kantech/EntraPass.Experiencia en diagnóstico y resolución de incidentes que involucren redes, servidores, aplicaciones y dispositivos de campo.Conocimientos de administración y soporte de servidores Windows y plataformas de gestión asociadas a los sistemas de seguridad.Deseable experiencia en integración de sistemas de seguridad electrónica, automatización, SCADA o PLC.Capacidad para gestionar incidentes críticos, coordinar con proveedores, documentar soluciones y trabajar bajo presión.Competencias blandas: pensamiento analítico, resolución de problemas, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, orientación al servicio y a resultados.Disponibilidad para atender incidentes fuera del horario habitual, de acuerdo con los requerimientos operativos del servicio.Informaciones adicionalesHorario de oficina de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 18:00
