Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar exposição de placas e coleta de swab para monitoramento dos ambientes e análises laboratoriais. Programar janelas de nascimento em sistema, controlando o processo de incubação dos ovos. Organizar arquivos e documentos, mantendo registros atualizados para controle. Disponibilizar materiais para análises externas, atendendo às demandas estabelecidas. Realizar testes de fertilidade dos ovos e registrar resultados em sistema. Efetuar a quebra de ovos inférteis para monitoramento de mortalidade e definição de tratativas. Realizar inspeções finais de produtos acabados, garantindo o atendimento aos padrões de qualidade.

Conferir etiquetas e embalagens conforme aprovação do Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento (MAPA). Identificar e notificar não conformidades, encaminhando as irregularidades aos responsáveis. Conferir produtos destinados à exportação e mercado interno, verificando dados e especificações técnicas. Elaborar relatórios de não conformidades, registrando ocorrências e acompanhando tratativas para assegurar a qualidade dos produtos.

Realizar triagem de acesso à unidade, garantindo o cumprimento das normas de biosseguridade. Integrar novos colaboradores, orientando sobre normas e procedimentos. Fixar placas de identificação para padronização do armazenamento de insumos. Monitorar e registrar a temperatura da geladeira de vacinas. Acompanhar o recebimento de ração, identificando silos e coletando amostras para controle. Executar rotas da qualidade, identificando não conformidades e acompanhando ações corretivas. Inspecionar a limpeza dos núcleos para liberação da desinfecção. Avaliar pintos no recebimento, verificando conformidade com as especificações. Realizar coletas para monitoramento dos lotes conforme programação.

Cumprir e fazer cumprir a legislação vigente, normas e regulamentos da empresa. Assessorar a gestão em assuntos relacionados à área de atuação. Orientar a equipe sobre práticas e rotinas operacionais. Propor melhorias e otimizações nos processos, com visão crítica e foco em resultados. Zelar pelos bens e recursos da empresa. Executar atividades correlatas conforme orientação do superior imediato.
