Essa é uma ótima oportunidade para quem está começando no mercado de trabalho e busca desenvolvimento profissional em um ambiente acolhedor e colaborativo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Programa Jovem Aprendiz oferece qualificação profissional e inserção no mercado de trabalho, através de uma jornada que contempla atividades teóricas e práticas, que possibilitam o desenvolvimento profissional e a compreensão do mercado de trabalho.Principais responsabilidades: • Suporte Básico: Ajudar os usuários com problemas simples de computadores, impressoras e programas.• Equipamentos: Auxiliar na montagem, limpeza e organização de computadores e notebooks.• Controle: Atualizar planilhas de controles, sistemas de inventário e equipamentos de TI.• Chamados: Atender, acompanhar e registrar chamados de atendimento técnico (suporte).• Rotinas da Área: Organizar arquivos, documentos e dar suporte em tarefas administrativas do setor.
