Estamos com uma oportunidade para o Programa Semeia, nosso programa de Jovem Aprendiz.Como Aprendiz, você irá executar atividades de apoio compatíveis com o programa de aprendizagem e com a área de atuação/setor em que ficar alocado, contribuindo para a organização das rotinas, documentos, informações e controles do setor, sob orientação e acompanhamento da liderança e dos profissionais responsáveis, possibilitando o seu desenvolvimento profissional e a aplicação prática dos conhecimentos adquiridos durante a formação.Carga horária semanal: 20h semanaisTurno da vaga: a definir Modalidade: Presencial

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar nas rotinas administrativas do setor de atuação, conforme orientação e nível de complexidade compatível com o cargo de aprendiz; Organizar, classificar, arquivar e manter atualizados documentos físicos e digitais; Realizar preenchimento, atualização e conferência de planilhas, formulários, sistemas e controles internos; Apoiar a elaboração, organização e atualização de documentos, relatórios, listas e registros da área; Apoiar atividades de atendimento e direcionamento de colaboradores, clientes, fornecedores, transportadores ou demais públicos relacionados à área; Auxiliar no acompanhamento de controles simples, prazos, registros e movimentações, comunicando à liderança eventuais divergências; Auxiliar na organização de informações e documentos para reuniões, treinamentos e eventos; Utilizar sistemas, ferramentas e recursos tecnológicos disponibilizados pela empresa, conforme orientação e nível de acesso autorizado; Participar das atividades teóricas e práticas previstas no programa de aprendizagem; Participar de treinamentos, integrações, reuniões, campanhas e simulados relacionados ao desenvolvimento profissional; Cumprir normas, políticas e procedimentos internos, especialmente os relacionados à segurança e saúde no trabalho, meio ambiente, segurança dos alimentos, qualidade e conduta; Executar outras atividades de apoio compatíveis com o cargo e com os limites legais aplicáveis ao aprendiz

Requisitos e qualificaçõesDisponibilidade para se matricular e frequentar regularmente o programa de aprendizagem, conforme os requisitos legais e institucionais aplicáveis ao contrato de aprendizagem; Estar cursando a escola regular (Ensino Fundamental ou Médio) ou ter o Ensino Médio completo. Caso esteja cursando, será necessário apresentar comprovante de frequência escolar trimestralmente; Idade entre 14 anos completos e 24 anos incompletos (não se aplica a aprendizes com deficiência); Conhecimentos básicos de informática (ex.: Pacote Office); Organização, proatividade e vontade de aprender; Não é exigida experiência profissional anterior.Informações adicionaisA 3tentos valoriza o desenvolvimento de talentos e investe na formação de jovens por meio do Programa Semeia, acreditando que essa é uma oportunidade real de crescimento profissional dentro da empresa.
