Viemos para fazer acontecer, sempre. VAGA | ADVOGADO(A) DE CONTRATOS E PROJETOS (LEGAL PMO)Estamos buscando um(a) Advogado(a) para integrar nosso time jurídico e atuar em um grande projeto de entretenimento com abrangência nacional.A posição terá atuação em diversos eventos simultâneos, o que exige um perfil jurídico bastante organizado, dinâmico e orientado à gestão de projetos.Buscamos alguém que entenda que, em um projeto dessa dimensão, o jurídico vai além da análise contratual: é preciso acompanhar o projeto de ponta a ponta, antecipar riscos, controlar prazos e ajudar a operação a acontecer.Se você tem perfil hands-on, gosta de projetos dinâmicos e consegue equilibrar segurança jurídica com visão de negócio, queremos conhecer você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades• Elaborar, analisar e negociar contratos relacionados à realização de eventos;• Gerenciar um alto volume de instrumentos contratuais, garantindo cumprimento de prazos e acompanhamento das pendências de cada praça;• Organizar e acompanhar o fluxo contratual do projeto, desde a solicitação até negociação, assinatura e arquivamento;• Criar e manter atualizados trackers, cronogramas e controles jurídicos;• Acompanhar deadlines, responsáveis, aprovações internas e documentos pendentes, realizando follow-ups junto às diferentes áreas envolvidas;• Identificar riscos jurídicos e contratuais e apoiar o time na definição de soluções práticas para viabilização do projeto;• Apoiar juridicamente as áreas de Produção, Operações, Comercial, Financeiro e demais áreas envolvidas;• Acompanhar indicadores e elaborar reports periódicos sobre o status jurídico e contratual do projeto;• Contribuir para a padronização e melhoria contínua dos fluxos, documentos e processos jurídicos da operação.Requisitos e qualificações O que buscamos• Formação completa em Direito e OAB ativa;• Experiência relevante com elaboração, análise e negociação de contratos;• Experiência com gestão de projetos, Legal Operations ou Legal PMO;• Capacidade de trabalhar com alto volume de demandas e prazos curtos;• Conhecimento intermediário/avançado de ExcelSerá um diferencial• Experiência nos segmentos de entretenimento, eventos, publicidade, produção cultural ou áreas relacionadas;• Conhecimento de ferramentas como Teams, Monday, Trello ou similares;• Experiência na criação e acompanhamento de dashboards e indicadores jurídicos.
