Como será o seu dia a dia: Realizar o atendimento às demandas dos clientes e das áreas internas da empresa, garantindo as demandas de acordo com as orientações da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesImpressão e acompanhamento do RPVAL: Imprimir no primeiro horário o RPVAL (relatório de alteração de preço), entregar aos repositores e acompanhar a execução;Abertura/fechamento dos caixas: Entregar e solicitar a conferencia dos operadores de caixa do valor recebido. No fechamento, conferir você mesmo para garantir que os valores foram entregues corretamente;Conferencia das sangrias: Ao receber as sangrias, deve ser conferida e protocolada. Ao preparar para o depósito, contar, preencher o envelope com as informações corretas e legíveis e colocar o dinheiro, solicitar a conferência do gerente. Após esse processo, solicitar a realização do depósito;Lançamento dos movimentos: Após a realização dos depósitos, deve ser feito o lançamento no sistema TOTVS, conforme orientação da empresa;Trocas de mercadorias: Realizar o processo de troca, conforme orientação da empresa, verificando o estado das mercadorias. Atenção ao cadastrar os clientes e no final confirmar junto ao sistema NF se as trocas deram entrada corretamente;Notas fiscais/NRI: Dar entrada nas notas fiscais das mercadorias recebidas na loja, verificando datas de vencimento. Ao ocorrer qualquer divergência na quantidade recebida, o conferente deve informar. As divergências devem ser tratadas por NRIs;Demandas financeiras: Responder as demandas das áreas da Tesouraria e financeiro, garantindo que todos os processos e demandas sejam executadas dentro dos prazos corretos;Tratamento de avarias: Analisar as mercadorias avariadas e verificar as condições, caso posso ser vendida, deve precificar conforme orientação. Para as avarias totais e plásticos que não tem condições de venda, deve ser emitida nota de devolução para o CD e enviar em caixas sinalizadas;Movimentos bancários: Após realizar o batimento dos caixas, organizar todos os documentos para serem enviados para o escritório, endereçados para cada área responsável;Apoio no caixa: Operar caixas de varejo/Atacado em momentos de alto fluxo;Apoio no piso de vendas: Atuar na arrumação, devolução e abastecimento sempre que necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência na função;Habilidades de liderança, planejamento, comunicação e capacidade para trabalhar em equipe.  Informações adicionaisTodas as nossas vagas também estão disponíveis para Pessoas Com Deficiência (PcD).
