O maior desafio no Centro de Distribuição é gerir e garantir a qualidade das ações desempenhadas ao longo da cadeia logística, do recebimento do pedido até a entrega do produto ao cliente, visando aumentar a eficiência e a produtividade da operação, acuracidade, agilidade dos processos, otimização dos recursos, fortalecimento da gestão de equipes, além da previsibilidade operacional e atendimento aos padrões estabelecidos pela empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO profissional será responsável por liderar e acompanhar a operação logística, garantindo a execução das atividades inerentes aos processos, cumprimento dos procedimentos internos estabelecidos, metas e níveis de serviço da área. Em sua rotina, deverá distribuir e acompanhar as atividades e produtividade da equipe, orientar os colaboradores, promover organização, disciplina operacional, qualidade, cumprimento de prazos e melhoria contínua dos processos, redução de perdas e otimização operacional;Realizar acompanhamento de desempenho, feedbacks e controle de absenteísmo da equipe;Atuar na identificação e resolução de problemas e desvios operacionais, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;Garantir o correto uso de equipamentos, coletores de dados, sistemas WMS/ERP e demais recursos operacionais;Apoiar processos de treinamento, integração e desenvolvimento da equipe operacional;Cumprir normas de Segurança estabelecidas pela empresa;Zelar pela conservação de equipamentos, materiais e estrutura do Centro de Distribuição;Manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo, organizado e dentro dos padrões de 5S;Garantir os objetivos e demandas inerentes às rotinas operacionais, além da orientação, integração, desenvolvimento e engajamento de colaboradores efetivos e temporários.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação mínima: Ensino médio completo;Formação desejável e diferencial: Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em logística, administração, engenharia, ou, áreas correlatas;Conhecimentos técnicos: processos logísticos; gestão de estoque e inventário; acompanhamento de indicadores e produtividade; gestão de equipes e distribuição de atividades; pacote office (especialmente Excel); sistemas de gestão ERP / WMS; segurança e procedimentos operacionais;Experiência profissional: experiência prévia em operação logística, preferencialmente em posições de liderança, supervisão, ou, como referência operacional da equipe.
