Responsabilidades e atribuições

O que esperamos desse profissional:Experiência com manutenção e infraestrutura predial;Vivência na liderança e acompanhamento de equipes;Perfil prático, organizado e com facilidade para resolver problemas;Capacidade de definir prioridades e conduzir diferentes demandas;Boa comunicação para atuar com equipes, fornecedores e áreas internas;Olhar atento para segurança, conservação e funcionamento dos espaços;Autonomia para identificar necessidades e propor soluções;Compromisso com a qualidade e o cumprimento dos prazos. No dia a dia, essa posição irá:Coordenar a rotina da equipe de manutenção, organizando atividades, prioridades e distribuição das demandas;Garantir o funcionamento e a conservação das instalações, acompanhando manutenções preventivas e corretivas;Supervisionar serviços de manutenção elétrica, hidráulica, civil, climatização, pintura e demais estruturas prediais;Acompanhar chamados e demandas de infraestrutura, garantindo agilidade na resolução e cumprimento dos prazos;Fazer a gestão dos prestadores de serviço, acompanhando qualidade, prazos, escopo e execução das atividades;Avaliar necessidades de reparos, materiais e serviços, contribuindo para decisões mais eficientes e redução de custos;Realizar vistorias e identificar oportunidades de melhoria, prevenção e conservação dos ambientes;Apoiar projetos e melhorias relacionados à infraestrutura das unidades;Garantir que as atividades sejam realizadas de forma segura, organizada e de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos;Manter os controles e registros das atividades, serviços e ocorrências da área;Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas internas para solucionar demandas relacionadas à infraestrutura;Desenvolver e orientar a equipe, fortalecendo a organização, autonomia e qualidade das entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Formação técnica em Eletrotécnica, Edificações, Mecânica, Elétrica, Manutenção ou áreas correlatas será considerada um diferencial;Vivência em manutenção predial e acompanhamento de equipes;Conhecimento em manutenção preventiva e corretiva;Capacidade para liderar, orientar e distribuir atividades para a equipe;Conhecimento básico em elétrica, hidráulica, civil e demais rotinas de manutenção predial;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Organização para acompanhamento de chamados, serviços e prazos;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial.Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Guarulhos/SP.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: Guarulhos/SP.Modelo de contratação: CLTJornada: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 7h às 17h.Modelo de trabalho: 100% presencial.
