Somos um grupo multimarcas que atua na comercialização de veículos novos, seminovos, acessórios, consórcios, frota, seguros e pós-vendas realizado na nossa rede de concessionárias além do serviço de locação (mobilidade). Buscamos um Líder de Serviços Administrativopara prestar suporte em todas as rotinas administrativas da concessionária, atuando como elo entre a gestão e as equipes de apoio (Serviços Gerais, Portaria, Copa e Manutenção), garantindo a eficiência operacional, a organização dos processos e o bom funcionamento da infraestrutura da unidade. Prestar suporte em todas as rotinas administrativas da concessionária, assegurando que as atividades operacionais e de apoio sejam executadas conforme os padrões estabelecidos.• Auxiliar no planejamento, organização e execução das atividades administrativas, de limpeza e manutenção predial, garantindo a eficiência e o cumprimento de prazos.• Direcionar e monitorar junto a supervisão as atividades das equipes de Apoio (Serviços Gerais, Copeiros, Porteiros e Agentes de Manutenção), assegurando o bom andamento das rotinas diárias.• Controlar e assegurar a disponibilidade dos recursos e materiais necessários para o funcionamento das instalações, realizando pedidos e acompanhando o estoque de materiais de limpeza, escritório e consumo.• Prestar suporte direto ao Supervisor(a) Administrativo, acompanhando a execução das tarefas, monitorando o desempenho da equipe e reportando resultados, desvios e necessidades de desenvolvimento.• Incentivar um ambiente colaborativo e motivador, promovendo o engajamento e o desenvolvimento profissional da equipe.• Garantir que os membros da equipe utilizem corretamente os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI’s) e sigam as normas de segurança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSe você possui:Ensino médio Completo;Vivencia prévia em funções administrativas na área de Limpeza Predial.
