Horário• Plantão noturno, das 20h às 8h, na escala 12x36 (escala cheia e vazia).• Fins de semana e feriados intercalados, conforme a escala.• Atuação na internação, presencial, em São Paulo/SP.• Início previsto: 14/10.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO(a) médico(a) veterinário(a) plantonista noturno(a) cuida dos pacientes internados durante o plantão. Suas atribuições são:Avaliação clínica e acompanhamento dos pacientes internados;Monitoramento e registro dos parâmetros clínicos;Realização de prescrições e evoluções dos pacientes;Acompanhamento da resposta aos tratamentos instituídos;Solicitação e interpretação de exames complementares;Identificação de alterações e sinais de agravamento do quadro clínico;Atendimento e condução de intercorrências durante o plantão;Realização de procedimentos necessários conforme a condição clínica do paciente;Comunicação e alinhamento das informações relevantes com a equipe veterinária;Garantir a continuidade e a qualidade da assistência aos pacientes internados;Registro adequado das informações no prontuário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Medicina Veterinária.Registro ativo no CRMV.Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência na rotina de internação.Disponibilidade para o plantão noturno na escala 12x36, das 20h às 8h.Domínio de emergência e primeiros socorros, avaliação do paciente crítico, hemogasometria, fluidoterapia, choque e perfusão, RCP (RECOVER), analgesia e sedação, ventilação e oxigenoterapia, pressão arterial e ECG, interpretação de exames laboratoriais, sepse, monitoramento intensivo, prescrição e farmacologia, e manejo de pacientes neurológicos e convulsões.Capacidade de reconhecer rapidamente a deterioração clínica e tomar conduta.Perfil responsável, organizado e comprometido.Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe.Diferenciais:Residência, aprimoramento ou pós-graduação em clínica médica ou cirúrgica.Raciocínio clínico e autonomia diante de intercorrências.Equilíbrio emocional em emergências e casos graves.Organização em evoluções, prescrições, prontuários e passagem de plantão.Comunicação humanizada com os tutores, principalmente em situações delicadas.Informações adicionaisContratação PJ.R$ 5.000 fixos por mês, mais remuneração variável por comissão ou produtividade, conforme os critérios da clínica.Programa de residência.Educação continuada após 6 meses.
