Fundada em 2015 e com operações iniciadas em 2017, a MBJ está localizada em Luziânia (GO) e representa o compromisso da Brasal com excelência, inovação e sustentabilidade.Com um parque industrial moderno e um projeto construído com a colaboração de equipes multidisciplinares, a MBJ é mais do que uma empresa — é um lugar onde integridade, colaboração e desenvolvimento contínuo são os pilares do dia a dia.Se você busca fazer parte de uma equipe que entrega qualidade e confiança aos consumidores, inscreva-se em nossas vagas e venha crescer com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva nos equipamentos industriais;Realizar acompanhamento do funcionamento das linhas de produção;Fazer o apontamento das ordens de manutenção e realizar os check list;Informar ao coordenador a necessidade de peças;Realizar reparos nas instalações industriais;Orientar os auxiliares a realizarem suas tarefas;Realizar serviços de montagens de equipamentos;Realizar serviços de ajustagem mecânica criando e modificando peças; Realizar inspeções nos equipamentos industriais;Acompanhar as paradas apontadas no sistema;Acompanhar os indicadores de parada de máquina;Diagnosticar problemas nos equipamentos de processo e propor melhorias;Seguir as regras de segurança, meio ambiente e boas práticas de fabricação;Garantir o funcionamento dos equipamentos com disponibilidade de uso para operação;Atuar de acordo com as normas de segurança, meio ambiente e boas práticas de fabricação;Ler manuais técnicos para entender equipamentos e controles;Desmontar máquinas e equipamentos quando houver um problema;Reparar ou substituir componentes quebrados ou com defeitos;Executar testes para garantir que a máquina esteja funcionando sem problemas;Cumprir as ordens de manutenção recomendadas;Orientar os auxiliares de Mecânica a realizarem suas tarefas;Contribuir para o atingimento das metas dos indicadores setoriais e gerais;Auxiliar aos técnicos de manutenção e coordenadores na identificação de problemas e contribuir na resolução dos mesmos em menor tempo possível, assim como desenvolver o corpo técnico;Executar outras atividades correlatas a critério do gestor.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio completo; Desejável curso técnico em mecânica ou eletromecânica.Informações adicionais 💵  R$ 4.111,55🚌 Transporte;🍽️Ticket Alimentação;🍽️ Restaurante interno;😴 Espaço de descanso;🥳 Folga no dia do aniversário;📦 Cesta básica;💵 Programa de Participação nos Resultados (PPR);✅ Acesso às vantagens oferecidas pela AFEB (Associação dos Funcionários da Brasal).
