🔹 O Mecânico de Autos é responsável por executar serviços de manutenção preventiva e corretiva em veículos, assegurando qualidade, segurança, produtividade e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos. Atua em diagnósticos mecânicos, elétricos, eletrônicos, híbridos e, quando aplicável, em veículos elétricos a bateria. Deve interpretar manuais técnicos, seguir normas de segurança e ambientais, e utilizar corretamente ferramentas e equipamentos homologados, contribuindo diretamente para a satisfação do cliente e o desempenho do pós-vendas da concessionária.Responsabilidades e atribuições 2. Principais Responsabilidades🔹 2.1 Executar serviços de manutenção preventiva (troca de óleo, filtros, alinhamento, balanceamento, revisões programadas).🔹 2.2 Realizar manutenções corretivas em sistemas mecânicos (suspensão, freios, direção, motor, arrefecimento, transmissão).🔹 2.3 Diagnosticar falhas mecânicas, elétricas e eletrônicas utilizando scanners automotivos.🔹 2.4 Cumprir os padrões técnicos e de tempo estipulados pela concessionária e montadoras parceiras.🔹 2.5 Preencher corretamente ordens de serviço (OS), registrando atividades realizadas, peças utilizadas e tempo de execução.🔹 2.6 Aplicar normas de segurança em serviços com veículos híbridos e elétricos, incluindo manipulação de sistemas de alta tensão.🔹 2.7 Zelar pela organização da oficina, manutenção de ferramentas e uso adequado de EPI/EPC.🔹 2.8 Participar de treinamentos técnicos periódicos e manter-se atualizado quanto a novas tecnologias e processos.🔹 2.9 Apoiar na entrega técnica, quando solicitado, esclarecendo os serviços executados ao cliente.🔹 2.10 Reportar inconformidades ao Consultor Técnico ou ao Gestor da Oficina. 3. Áreas de Resultado🔹 3.1 Qualidade na execução das manutenções e reparos.🔹 3.2 Produtividade da oficina (cumprimento dos tempos padrão).🔹 3.3 Correção e completude das ordens de serviço.🔹 3.4 Cumprimento das normas de segurança, meio ambiente e 5S.🔹 3.5 Satisfação do cliente (NPS, índice de retrabalho, retorno técnico).4. Hard Skills (Competências Técnicas)🔹 4.1 Conhecimento em mecânica automotiva completa (mecânica leve).🔹 4.2 Diagnóstico eletrônico com scanners homologados.🔹 4.3 Execução de serviços em sistemas de suspensão, freios, direção, motor, transmissão, arrefecimento e climatização.🔹 4.4 Leitura e interpretação de manuais técnicos, catálogos eletrônicos e diagramas elétricos.🔹 4.5 Conhecimento prático em veículos híbridos e elétricos, incluindo normas de segurança em alta tensão (NR-10).🔹 4.6 Domínio do uso de ferramentas manuais, pneumáticas e equipamentos de medição. 5.
