O candidato ideal deve possuir habilidades técnicas avançadas e um forte comprometimento com a manutenção e reparo de equipamentos pesados, garantindo a eficiência e a segurança nas operações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLubrificação Especializada: Realizar a lubrificação precisa e regular de equipamentos de linha amarela, seguindo as especificações do fabricante para garantir a operação eficiente e a longevidade das máquinas.Inspeção de Equipamentos: Inspecionar e avaliar o estado dos equipamentos, identificando pontos críticos de lubrificação e verificando níveis de óleo e outros fluidos essenciais.Aplicação de Lubrificantes: Aplicar lubrificantes e outros fluidos de forma eficaz e uniforme em sistemas hidráulicos, motores e componentes das máquinas, utilizando técnicas e ferramentas apropriadas.Manutenção Preventiva: Executar tarefas de manutenção preventiva relacionadas à lubrificação, garantindo que as máquinas operem dentro das melhores condições possíveis e prevenindo falhas.Documentação e Relatórios: Manter registros detalhados das atividades de lubrificação, incluindo tipos e quantidades de lubrificante utilizados. Preparar relatórios sobre o estado dos equipamentos e quaisquer necessidades de manutenção adicionais.Segurança e Procedimentos: Seguir rigorosamente os procedimentos de segurança, incluindo o uso de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI) e práticas seguras de manuseio de lubrificantes e produtos químicos.Colaboração e Comunicação: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com mecânicos e operadores de máquinas para garantir que as necessidades de manutenção sejam atendidas e comunicar quaisquer problemas ou recomendações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência: Experiência comprovada em lubrificação de equipamentos pesados, com foco em máquinas de linha amarela (escavadeiras, retroescavadeiras, tratores, etc.)Curso: MoopCarteira Habilitação: Categoria C, D, EConhecimento Técnico: Conhecimento profundo dos sistemas de lubrificação e manutenção de equipamentos de linha amarela.
