Efetuar a manutenção corretiva e programada das maquinas e equipamentos, visando deixa-las em condições de trabalho, e atender as metas de qualidade e produção.

Responsabilidades e atribuições- Efetuar manutenção mecânica corretiva das maquinas e equipamentos (Troca de bitolas, troca de correntes, correias, rolamentos, motores, regulagem das maquinas) mediante necessidade;- Efetuar manutenção mecânica programada das maquinas e equipamentos (troca de correntes, correias, rolamentos, motores, regulagem das maquinas) mediante a programação de manutenção;- Efetuar melhoria nas maquinas e equipamentos mediante a necessidade e visualização dos problemas;- Preencher relatório de manutenção mediante os trabalhos realizados;- Auxiliar no controle da fabricação e estoque de pecas mediante necessidade;- Efetuar desenho técnico das pecas mecânicas para a fabricação mediante necessidade;- Executar a lubrificação regulagens e calibragens de todos os equipamentos mecânicos e pneumáticos conforme especificações de cada maquina, mediante os instrumentos apropriados e programação de lubrificação;- Atualizar diariamente a programação de lubrificação caso aplicável;- Verificar diariamente o relatório de manutenção dos setores mediante avaliação visual para saber se houve alguma manutenção que necessite de lubrificação;- Executar serviços de manutenção mecânica programada e corretiva em todos os setores por meio de solicitação de mecânicos, supervisores e coordenadores;- Realizar e acompanhar testes com novos lubrificantes mediante necessidade e novos fornecedores;- Comunicar a supervisão sobre defeitos de maquinas;- Efetuar controle de estoque e solicitação de compra de lubrificantes;- Executar atividades conforme procedimentos do setor.
