Ele trabalha em um Call Center que presta serviço para empresas como operadoras de telecomunicações, entre outras.Neste caso trabalharemos com atendimento Sac;A carga horária de trabalho será 06 horas e 20 minutos por dia e escala 6x1. O processo seletivo ocorrerá, inicialmente, em 2 etapas: sendo entrevista com RH, testes online.A remuneração para essa vaga é de R$ 1.621,00+Remuneração Variável, e os benefícios são vale transporte, vale alimentação/refeição (R$ 10,88 reais por dia trabalhado), auxílio creche seguro de vida, plano de saúde por coorparticipação e Wellhub.Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar atendimento ao cliente através, com objetivo de sanar dúvidas ou resolver problemas de usabilidade no site e aplicativo associados aos serviços contratados;Proporcionar um atendimento resolutivo no que diz respeito a ocorrências relacionadas à utilização do serviço;Manter registros precisos das interações com os clientes, incluindo detalhes de chamadas, reclamações e feedback;Participar de treinamentos regulares para se manter atualizado sobre novos produtos, políticas da empresa;Utilizar softwares de CRM e sistemas de telefonia para gerenciar chamadas e informações dos clientes;Escutar atentamente os clientes para entender suas necessidades e oferecer soluções adequadas;Organizar e priorizar chamadas de forma eficiente para maximizar a produtividade;Colaborar com outros membros da equipe e supervisores para compartilhar informações e melhorar os processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTer a partir de 18 anos;Ensino médio completo;Fácil acesso ao Shopping Nova América; ( Considere o valor de passagem modal).Conhecimento de informática: Pacote office;Disponibilidade para trabalhar na escala 6x1 (06h20m por dia).Informações adicionaisVale transporte;Vale alimentação/refeição;Seguro de vida;Plano de saúde (após o período de experiência);Auxílio creche;Clube de descontos;WellHub.
