O que esperamos de você? 🎯 Buscamos profissionais com garra e atitude de dono, comprometidos em alcançar resultados extraordinários. | OPERADOR DE PRODUCAO II - ARACATUBAResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão as responsabilidades e desafios? 📝 | Executar o trabalho com habilidade e dentro dos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos pela empresa, seguindo as boas práticas de fabricação. | O que faz Buscar as caixas com serosa no posto de espera; Marcar no conta-giros da máquina o número de voltas conforme formulário Torção de Cordas; Ajustar o comprimento da mesa, se necessário; Retirar da caixa um nape e transferir as extremidades dos laços para o bastão; Colocar os laços da outra extremidade no suporte vertical e transferir de 10 em 10, para os ganchos, obedecendo a sequência, para não enroscar um fio no outro; Acionar a cabeça de torção caso os fios estejam enroscados, o operador deve desligar a cabeça de torção para desenroscar. Trabalhar em duplas para determinados tipos de fios; Transferir as cordas para outro suporte da mesa, ao completar as voltas pré-determinadas; Transferir para o bastão, colocar no carrinho e Ievar para o posto de espera da Secagem; Fazer uso de EPIs; Limpar a área de trabalho; Cumprir e divulgar a Política da Qualidade; Como faz Ir atá o posto de espera refrigerado Torção, pegar os carrinhos com identificação dos lotes e Ievar até o ponto de espera da Torção; Conforme Procedimento; Retirando dos gaules e transferindo para o bastao; Adicionar as alavancas bimanuais para o funcionamento da maquina obedecendo a sequencia; Transferere as cordas para outro suporte da mesa; Após todo o lote ser torcido o carrinho é levado para o campo de espera da torção; Utilizando os EPIs indicados pelo SESMT; Ao final do expediente limpar e organizar o setor; Atendendo as necessidades dos nossos clientes, estar sempre buscando melhorias para o nosso produto e para o nosso trabalho e divulgar a Política para os colaboradores sempre que possível e necessário. Por que faz Para a retirada os lotes para serem torcidos; Para começar a ser feita a torção; Para que o fio não enrosque um no outro; Para que o lote seja torcido; Para que seja realizado a proxima etapa do processo; Para minimizar possíveis acidentes de trabalho e garantindo assim a própria segurança; Para que o setor esteja sempre limpo e organizado; Para cumprir com um dos pontos fundamentais da norma ISO 9001 na qual somos certificados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que iremos avaliar?🔎 |
