🔹 Atuar no pós-vendas com foco majoritariamente ativo (90%), realizando contato com clientes da base para acompanhamento, retenção, reativação e oferta de produtos ou serviços adicionais. Realizar atendimento receptivo (10%) para esclarecimento de dúvidas e tratativas relacionadas a produtos e serviços. Registrar todas as interações em sistema, atualizar informações cadastrais e garantir a qualidade do atendimento conforme padrões da empresa.  O Operador de Telemarketing – Pós-Vendas é responsável por realizar o contato ativo com clientes da base da concessionária para agendamento de serviços nas oficinas. Atua diretamente no relacionamento com o cliente após a venda do veículo, garantindo a manutenção da satisfação, a fidelização à marca e o cumprimento das revisões programadas. Trabalha em alinhamento com os setores de oficina, agendamento e qualidade, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e os indicadores de retenção.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAgendamento de Serviços: Realizar chamadas ativas e receptivas para agendar revisões periódicas, manutenções preventivas e corretivas nas oficinas da concessionária.Confirmação de Agendamentos: Confirmar previamente os horários marcados com os clientes, garantindo a presença e otimizando a ocupação da oficina.Atualização de Cadastros: Atualizar e manter os dados dos clientes no sistema CRM ou DMS, assegurando informações corretas para futuras ações de relacionamento.Pós-atendimento: Realizar follow-up com os clientes após a execução do serviço, coletando feedback e direcionando eventuais reclamações para os setores responsáveis.Campanhas e Ações Promocionais: Apoiar campanhas sazonais ou promocionais voltadas para serviços, informando os clientes sobre vantagens, descontos e pacotes de manutenção.
