Reparar embalagens danificadas e controlar a qualidade dos serviços prestados.Responsabilidades e atribuições Fazer a classificação dos produtos durante o embarque dos produtos no veículo e observar se estão devidamente identificados.Coletar a assinatura do receptor da mercadoria.Conferir os Materiais de Alto Custo e OPME por destino para serem embarcados e entregues, bem como, fazer a entrega e garantir o recebimento.Receber e conferir os Materiais de Alto Custo e OPME nas Clínicas e Hospitais Credenciados para devolução a Unidade e fazer a devida entrega a Central de Abastecimento Farmacêutico.Retirar produtos farmacêuticos e outros nos fornecedores e checar com a Ordem de Compras, conforme necessidade.Remover e descartar em local apropriado resíduos provenientes da execução dos serviços.Zelar pela guarda, manutenção, conservação e limpeza dos equipamentos, ferramentas e materiais do seu trabalho.Trabalhar em conformidade às boas práticas, normas e procedimentos de segurança.Participar de reuniões quando convocado.Atender às programações de treinamento e desenvolvimento.Cumprir com as normas e procedimentos quanto ao uso do uniforme, equipamentos de proteção individual, registro de ponto, horário e escala de trabalho, cronograma de férias, etc.Criar e sugerir fluxos e processos de trabalho, adotar medidas de otimização e racionalização, visando melhorar as atividades da equipe e das áreas intervenientes.Informar a gestão sobre qualquer irregularidade ou suspeita de fraude.Posicionar a gestão sobre as ações e atividades desenvolvidas na área sob sua responsabilidade.Executar outras atividades correlatas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional, natureza do seu trabalho e local/subsistema de sua área, conforme determinação superiorRequisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Fundamental Completo. Experiência profissional na área.
