Estamos com uma oportunidade para atuar como Analista FP&A em um dos principais ativos do grupo Appian Capital Brazil: Omnigen Energy. Essa é uma posição estratégica, responsável por conduzir o planejamento financeiro anual e suas revisões periódicas, consolidar informações das áreas de negócio e analisar resultados, custos e investimentos. A pessoa profissional atuará junto às áreas operacionais e corporativas, produzindo indicadores e análises gerenciais que apoiem as decisões da liderança e fortaleçam a gestão financeira da Omnigen Energy.

As informações de candidatos à vagas abertas na empresa durante o processo seletivo são tratadas rigorosamente de acordo com a LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados. Responsabilidades e atribuições Estruturar e conduzir o processo de planejamento financeiro anual (Budget) e revisões periódicas (Forecast), em conjunto com as áreas de negócio, garantindo a construção e consolidação das projeções financeiras.Realizar análises econômico-financeiras e acompanhar os resultados realizados versus planejados (Actual x Budget/Forecast), identificando desvios, riscos, oportunidades, tendências e principais drivers de desempenho. Apoiar as rotinas de fechamento mensal, analisando os resultados e contribuindo para a definição de planos de aderência e ações de melhoria. Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, apresentações executivas e dashboards para suporte à tomada de decisão da liderança. Monitorar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs), acompanhando a performance econômica e financeira do negócio. Atuar de forma consultiva e multidisciplinar junto às áreas operacionais e corporativas, integrando informações de diferentes frentes e evidenciando impactos econômicos, financeiros e de caixa para subsidiar a tomada de decisão. Contribuir para iniciativas de melhoria contínua, apoiando a evolução de processos, controles, sistemas e melhores práticas de gestão financeira. Apoiar processos de auditoria interna e externa, em conjunto com a Controladoria, assegurando a disponibilidade e consistência das informações financeiras requeridas. Compartilhar conhecimentos e boas práticas com as equipes de FP&A e áreas parceiras, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e fortalecimento dos processos da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Ciências Econômicas ou áreas correlatas.Experiência consolidada em FP&A e/ou Controladoria.Experiência com planejamento orçamentário, Budget e Forecast.Vivência com análise econômico-financeira, fechamento mensal e análise de resultados.Experiência com análise de Actual x Budget/Forecast e acompanhamento de KPIs. Experiência com modelagem financeira e construção de cenários.

Conhecimento avançado em Excel e Power BI. Inglês avançado, com capacidade para comunicação em reuniões, elaboração e interpretação de reports e interação com times internacionais.

Experiência em Big Four será considerada desejável.Conhecimento ou experiência no setor elétrico/geração de energia será considerado diferencial.  Experiências em grandes empresas, mineração, siderurgia ou negócios similares também poderão ser consideradas.
