Responsabilidades e atribuições Como será seu dia a dia neste timaço =)

Buscamos pessoas comunicativas, proativas e apaixonadas por atender bem para fazer parte do nosso time de vendas!

Atender e fidelizar clientes com um atendimento consultivo e encantador, tanto na loja física quanto nos canais digitais; Entender as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer os produtos mais adequados, sempre com foco na experiência de compra; Vender produtos, serviços financeiros (como o Cartão Casas Bahia e Ponto Frio, CDC e seguros) e auxiliar no uso dos aplicativos banQi, Casas Bahia e Ponto; Apoiar o cliente em processos como pagamentos, trocas de produtos e atendimento pós-venda; Organizar a loja, garantir a exposição correta dos produtos e ajudar na criação de cartazes e materiais promocionais; Trabalhar com metas e desafios, com foco em resultados e bom relacionamento com a equipe.

Requisitos e qualificações Desejável:

Boa comunicação e habilidade para se relacionar com diferentes perfis de clientes; Facilidade para trabalhar com metas e foco em resultados; Organização e proatividade no dia a dia da loja; Interesse em aprender sobre produtos, serviços financeiros e tecnologia.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

Experiência anterior com vendas no varejo; Já ter trabalhado com metas ou com atendimento ao público; Conhecimento básico de aplicativos e ferramentas digitais.
