É uma aceleradora para empresas de bens de consumo com foco em aumento e vendas e construção de marca.Criamos pontes entre marcas e pessoas, conectando os principais parceiros de vendas, abrindo frentes junto a canais de distribuição on & off trade, levando as marcas até o consumidor.Estamos buscando uma pessoa para atuar com Produção Pleno em Agência de Trade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na produção e execução de projetos de Trade Marketing, ativações e Live Marketing, conduzindo as demandas desde o recebimento do briefing até a implementação e entrega final.Conduzir cotações, negociações e contratação de fornecedores;Elaborar e acompanhar orçamentos, cronogramas e controles de produção;Gerenciar fornecedores de comunicação visual, gráfica, marcenaria, cenografia, brindes, uniformes, logística e demais frentes de produção;Acompanhar o desenvolvimento e a produção de materiais de PDV, ativações, eventos e projetos especiais;Garantir prazos, qualidade, especificações técnicas e cumprimento dos budgets aprovados;Coordenar logística, montagem, instalação, desmontagem e distribuição de materiais;Realizar acompanhamento presencial de montagens e execuções quando necessário;Identificar riscos e imprevistos de produção, propondo soluções com agilidade e autonomia;Manter interface constante com Atendimento, Criação, Planejamento e demais áreas envolvidas nos projetos;Organizar documentação, pedidos, aprovações, comprovantes e informações necessárias para o fechamento dos projetos;Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com fornecedores, buscando melhores condições comerciais, qualidade e eficiência;Conduzir simultaneamente projetos de diferentes portes e níveis de complexidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável formação superior preferencialmente em Administração de Empresas, Comunicação, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Produção ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em produção gráfica, comunicação visual, marcenaria, cenografia, materiais de PDV, brindes e logística. Experiência com cotações, negociação e gestão de fornecedores, controle de budget, cronogramas e acompanhamento de produção e montagem.Boa utilização de Excel e Pacote Microsoft 365, incluindo Planner e ferramentas correlatas de gestão de projetos. Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA será considerada diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Academia TotalPassClube de Descontos (New Value)Day-off de AniversárioDesconto em ingressos em eventosFérias RemuneradasUMApet (Ambiente Pet Friendly)Manicure com valores especiais na UMAcasaObservações:Agência localizada no Jardim Paulista, São Paulo (SP)Segunda a sexta, das 10h às 19h - Segunda à Quinta presencial e Sexta-Feira Home OfficeContratação: PJ (Pessoa Jurídica - M.E.)Atenção: Não aceitamos MEI.
