Sobre a oportunidade:

Estamos em busca de um Product Owner que integrará a equipe de Data Optimization. O profissional será responsável por atuar como ponte entre áreas de negócio, clientes e times técnicos, realizando as atividades:

Entender e qualificar demandas de clientes e áreas internas, definindo escopo, objetivos, riscos, dependências e critérios de aceite; Organizar e priorizar o backlog de projetos, melhorias e novas demandas; Criar, detalhar e acompanhar tarefas no Jira, garantindo clareza de responsabilidades, prazos e status; Conduzir alinhamentos entre times técnicos, clientes e stakeholders, garantindo clareza sobre as entregas; Acompanhar cronogramas, impedimentos, riscos e possíveis desvios durante a execução dos projetos; Controlar horas planejadas, consumidas e disponíveis, identificando possíveis estouros de escopo e necessidades de renegociação; Formalizar decisões, alterações de escopo, próximos passos, validações e aceites das entregas; Apoiar o time técnico na organização da execução e remoção de impedimentos; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos, soluções, produtos e novas demandas comerciais.

A atuação será remota com um escritório de apoio em Pinheiros/SP para quem necessitar; O modelo de contratação é preferencialmente PJ; Disponibilizamos as ferramentas de trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesOs requisitos

Boa comunicação, organização e relacionamento com clientes; Capacidade de construir apresentações e realizar storytelling com dados; Experiência ou familiaridade com projetos envolvendo múltiplos clientes; Conhecimentos de privacidade, governança de dados e LGPD; Perfil analítico, organizado e com facilidade para transitar entre demandas técnicas e de negócio.

Será um diferencial se tiver:
