Venha fazer parte da nossa história e da construção do nosso futuro.Cadastre-se agora mesmo em nossas vagas!Responsabilidades e atribuições Levantar necessidades das áreas clínicas, assistenciais, científicas e administrativas das unidades e traduzi-las em backlog priorizado, critérios de aceite e roadmap por domínio de dados.Conduzir as cerimônias ágeis (planejamento, refinamento, revisão e retrospectiva) e garantir o fluxo de entrega do time de dados em Scrum ou Kanban.Padronizar a definição de indicadores assistenciais, operacionais e de qualidade entre hospitais com origens e sistemas diferentes, garantindo comparabilidade na visão corporativa.Definir e acompanhar KPIs dos produtos de dados, revisando resultados periodicamente com patrocinadores, gestores de unidade e comitês.Atuar como ponte entre a linguagem clínica e a técnica, apoiando a modelagem semântica de conceitos médicos, protocolos oncológicos, métricas institucionais e indicadores sobre a plataforma de dados.Engajar Data Owners e Data Stewards dos domínios clínicos e corporativos, apoiando o letramento em dados e os planos de melhoria de qualidade nas unidades.Especificar produtos de dados e dashboards analíticos e validar as entregas junto aos usuários antes da disponibilização.Apoiar a integração de dados de unidades recém-incorporadas e a interoperabilidade entre sistemas clínicos, prontuário eletrônico e a plataforma de dados corporativa.Apoiar demandas de dados para pesquisa clínica e ensino e para a integração entre a operação hospitalar e a operadora de saúde.Garantir que os produtos atendam a requisitos regulatórios e de proteção de dados sensíveis de pacientes (LGPD), em conjunto com a governança de dados.Reportar status, riscos e resultados dos produtos de dados à liderança e aos comitês de dados da rede.
