Aeroportos, controle operacional (CCO), operações de voo, comissários e planejamento de escala de tripulantes.Manutenção, Frota e Segurança: engenharia e manutenção de aeronaves, entrada de novos aviões na frota e qualidade e segurança operacional.Negócios e Marketing: comercial, marketing, CRM, comunicação, produtos (Azul Fidelidade e Azul Viagens), precificação e receita, alianças e planejamento estratégico.Finanças e Jurídico: planejamento financeiro, tesouraria, controladoria, tributário, auditoria interna, jurídico e regulatório.Supply Chain e Sustentabilidade: compras, planejamento de materiais, logística e gestão ambiental.Pessoas: atração de talentos, cultura, programas, desenvolvimento organizacional, educação corporativa e operações de pessoas.Tecnologia e Dados: tecnologia da informação, dados e inteligência artificial, cibersegurança, infraestrutura e analytics.
