Elaborar desenhos técnicos e auxiliar no desenvolvimento do projeto básico ao projeto executivo de reformas e/ou construção, incluindo especificações de materiais e em consonância com conhecimento das Normas Técnicas vigentes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCopiar tabelas, diagramas, esquemas, gráficos, projetos de obras civis, instalações, equipamentos e outros, guiando-se pelo original de plantas e croquis, observando solicitações e instruções pertinentes;Acompanhar as implantações de projetos, assim como orientar os demais técnicos da Área sobre as alterações do mesmo;Apoiar no desenvolvimento, compatibilização e elaboração de projetos e croquis, bem como realizar reuniões para discutir o planejamento ou adequações do mesmo;Efetuar correções em projetos, plantas e desenhos já estruturados, selecionando instrumentos e materiais necessários;Elaborar controles para quantificar as atividades relacionadas à área de Engenharia;Realizar visitas técnicas, para vistoria, cadastro e levantamento de dados de imóveis, quando necessário;Elaborar relatórios diversos relacionados à área quando solicitados pela gestão imediata;Definir materiais e acompanhar licitações, quando necessário;Controlar arquivo de desenhos e plantas, ordenando-os de acordo com sistema de classificação vigente;Atender a todos os princípios e critérios de conduta contidos no Manual de Conformidade Administrativa - Políticas e Princípios de Integridade da SPDM;Executar as atribuições determinadas pela Instituição a respeito das práticas a serem tomadas em relação à proteção de dados pessoais - LGPD.Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo com Técnico em Edificações ou áreas afins.Desejável Ensino Superior cursando Engenharia ou desenho Industrial.Domínio em AUTOCAD 2D, 3D e SKETCHUP.Informações adicionaisSegunda à sexta - 08h00 às 17h00Unidade: Base Administrativa (Méier)100% Presencial com a necessidade de realizar visitas técnicas nas unidades.
