O profissional terá papel fundamental na operação diária do escritório, garantindo um ambiente organizado, acolhedor e funcional.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento e RecepçãoRecepcionar clientes, visitantes, fornecedores e colaboradores com cordialidade e profissionalismo.Realizar atendimento telefônico, direcionando chamadas e registrando recados quando necessário.Apoiar o cliente interno e externo, garantindo uma experiência positiva e ágil.Gestão do Client CenterZelar pela organização, conservação e apresentação do espaço denominado Client Center.Preparar salas para reuniões, eventos e visitas corporativas.Acompanhar a utilização dos ambientes compartilhados, garantindo sua disponibilidade e adequado funcionamento.Suporte Administrativo e OperacionalControlar a agenda e reserva das salas de reunião.Apoiar colaboradores em demandas administrativas e operacionais do dia a dia.Acompanhar serviços terceirizados, incluindo recepção, copa, limpeza e demais prestadores de apoio.Liderar e orientar as atividades de copa e limpeza, assegurando a qualidade dos serviços prestados.Gestão de Materiais e ContratosControlar o estoque de materiais de escritório, higiene e limpeza.Realizar solicitações de compra e reposição de materiais quando necessário.Acompanhar contratos de serviços sob sua responsabilidade.Conferir e validar faturamentos de fornecedores para posterior aprovação da gestão.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo (desejável ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Hotelaria, Secretariado ou áreas correlatas). Experiência anterior em recepção corporativa, facilities, atendimento ao cliente ou funções administrativas. Conhecimento do pacote Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel e Teams). Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita. Boa postura profissional e capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal. Organização, senso de prioridade e atenção aos detalhes. Proatividade e capacidade de atuar com autonomia na resolução de problemas.
