Horário• Escala 12x36, das 10h às 22h.• Fins de semana e feriados intercalados, conforme a escala.• Presencial, em São Paulo/SP.• Início previsto: 15/10.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar tutores e pacientes de forma cordial, acolhedora e profissional;Realizar atendimento presencial, telefônico e via WhatsApp;Agendar consultas, exames, cirurgias e demais procedimentos;Realizar confirmações e acompanhar a agenda dos profissionais;Cadastrar e atualizar dados de tutores e pacientes no sistema;Orientar os tutores sobre horários, procedimentos e informações administrativas;Realizar abertura e fechamento de atendimentos;Efetuar cobranças e recebimentos;Acompanhar orçamentos e realizar retornos aos tutores;Apoiar a comunicação entre tutores, médicos veterinários e demais setores;Auxiliar na organização da recepção e sala de espera;Contribuir para o bom fluxo de atendimento da unidade;Proporcionar uma experiência positiva aos tutores e pacientes durante toda a permanência na clínica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo.Experiência com atendimento ao público.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Organização, atenção e agilidade.Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Empatia, cordialidade e paciência no atendimento.Boa postura profissional.Conhecimento básico de informática.Disponibilidade para a escala 12x36, das 10h às 22h.Sensibilidade para lidar com tutores em situações de preocupação, ansiedade ou emergência.Afinidade e respeito pelos animais.Diferenciais:Experiência em clínica ou hospital veterinário.Experiência em pet shop.Experiência com atendimento via WhatsApp.Conhecimento de sistemas de gestão ou agendamento.Experiência com vendas e acompanhamento de clientes.Informações adicionaisRegistro em CLT.Vale-refeição.Vale-alimentação.Vale-transporte.Assistência médica após o 3º mês.Premiação por vendas.
